Dear Sir/Miss,

                       I am writing on behalf of the Creative and Media group from Wymondham High School, that visited you on the 5^th of October. You asked us to collect more toys and to do this we launched a campaign and hoped to receive donations. We visited Browick Road Primary School and performed some presentations about charity, we asked them to bring in their unwanted toys, we also set up our own collection service, for the students and teachers to bring in their unwanted items. Unfortunately, due to the dates of our campaign, restricted time and not enough awareness, we have failed to get any donations to help your charity. We have though raised awareness so hopefully you will receive more donations from now on.
